Elements containing both Cash and Equity elements (eg. Total Target Direct Compensation) are aged using a combination of the Cash and Equity factors you have input.
For each individual incumbent, we take the cash portion of their TDC and apply your Cash aging factor. We do the same to the equity portion, applying your Equity aging factor. We then sum up TDC for each individual incumbent and calculate the percentile metrics off of the new aged TDC per incumbent.
