Q4 Data Publication
This is our second quarterly data refresh for the 2022 survey year on the Radford Global Compensation Database. Our quarterly refreshes ensure you always get our latest market data for your benchmarking needs. October's refresh reflects data for 6,400+ companies and 17+ million incumbents covering 101 countries and 12,600+ jobs. All the standard reporting tools on the Radford Network are automatically updated with our Q4 publication data. If you have access to our peer group functionality, please review this article on what happens to peer groups after a quarterly data publication.
Aging Functionality
For those clients who want to age our data forward for planning purposes, we have added new functionality to apply aging factors within Quick Benchmarks, Market Queries, and Country Total Reports. The feature provides the flexibility to age Cash and Equity data at different rates for different countries.
To get started, go to settings.
Next, select Aging from the ribbon. Here, a new dialog box opens where you will select the time period you would like to age data and then select the percentage you would like to age by for your cash and/or equity.
When aging has been applied prompts on quick benchmarks and on downloaded reports from Market Queries and Country Totals will indicate aging has been applied to your data.
Remember, aging will remain turned on your data generator tools unless you remove it by toggling the on/off switch under settings.
Currency Conversion
A long sought-after feature for many of our clients, currency conversion offers the flexibility to convert data to a preferred currency. In addition, the data will also continue to be delivered in local currency.
Executive Regression
This new analytical feature will enable clients to run a linear regression on the Executive jobs with the ability to select the Firm-Revenue or Firm-Headcount, as the independent variable on a peer group or broader market data. The tool works for any industry and any executive position, and the output generated is formatted for easy loading into Market Pay.
Any clients with access to the Executive Module can access regression under the data tab on the Radford Network.
New Market Filters
Two new filters have been added for clients interested in filtering energy-specific data. By clicking on “see additional filters” in Quick Benchmarks or while building a breakout in Market Queries, data can be filtered using the “Onshore” or “Offshore” filter.
Additionally, clients with access to data in the U.S. can use the “Energy Basin” filter which has relevant selections including Permian/West Texas, Bakken/Three Forks, and the Appalachian region among other basins.
We have added the MSA and zip code filters to Peer Group breakouts in Market Queries.
New Data Elements
Clients who would like to see percentiles at the 37.5th or the 62.5th can add them by creating a custom data element set. For information on how to create a custom set please click on this link.
There is a new standard data element set that focuses on elements frequently used in Australia and New Zealand. Click on Data Elements in any of the three data generator tools to access.
