January's refresh reflects data for 6,400+ companies and 19+ million incumbents covering 102 countries and 13,000+ jobs. All the standard reporting tools on the Radford Network are automatically updated with our Q3 publication data. If you have access to our peer group functionality, please review this article on what happens to peer groups after a quarterly data publication.
2023 Job Matrix
The new 2023 Job Matrix is available and reflects year-over-year (2022 to 2023) changes. The 2023 Job Matrix is a key resource for input to help clients with job matching and submitting their 2023 RGCD input. For clients using the AIIA Remuneration Report, you can verify the legacy AIIA job codes using the 2023 Job Matrix. The Year-Over-Year mapping guide located on the Resources tab is where the legacy job codes are matched on the Radford Network.
The 2022 Job Matrix continues to be available through July 2023, allowing you to view your job matches from the 2022 publication. To see your matches, look for green dots under the categories.
A tutorial on how to use the Job Matrix is available here.
