In general, all monetary compensation elements are aged, and any % or other values are not.
We have also provided the ability to age both Cash and Equity elements separately.
Please note, any derived elements containing both Cash and Equity elements (eg. Total Target Direct Compensation) are aged using a combination of the Cash and Equity factors you have input.
