There are many aspects of benchmarking pay practices that rely on data collected about employees, but other topics can be surveyed at the company level. For example, while the amount of incentive paid is best measured at the incumbent level, how often bonus awards get paid out generally follows the same practice for everyone. Our Market Practices cover a variety of topics of this nature using five online study questionnaires. These are detailed in the chart below.
Each market study is completed online using a questionnaire accessible during the data collection period from the INPUT page on the Radford Network. Input tiles will be live starting with the January 2023 publication.
Published results are provided to participating organizations at no cost, provided that complete and timely data are received. Custom Reports are available for purchase and subsequent editions of the survey begin with a pre-populated questionnaire making ongoing participation convenient and easy. Participation in each edition is required to qualify for access to each publication.
