Navigating the New Enhanced Network
We have made several updates to the look and feel of the network in order to better align with how clients use our information and data. Our new layout better organizes our tools based on desired output and need, allowing users to navigate the network faster and more efficiently. The Home page has been reconfigured to give users easy access to what they use most. Consisting of multiple card sections, the page shows participation options on the left and reporting tools on the right.
The next set of menu options is REPORTS.
The top left side card is for global compensation survey input. It displays the user’s company survey status and due date and has quick access buttons to either download the survey template or go to the participate page where input resource materials and other relevant tools, such as secure file upload, are available.
Below that are the Market Practice Studies cards, showing which highlights from our Market Practice Studies and then a card showing with Market Practice Studies are open, their due dates and quick links to the participation page for those surveys.
The last card on the left will highlight information or changes that we want to be sure our clients are aware of.
The right side of the page has a card that is a shortcut for our most popular tool, Quick Benchmarks. Users can enter a location and job title right on the Homepage and get salary data with just one click.
The My Downloads card is where a user’s most recently run reports are displayed. Available links allow users to download these reports without having to open the Downloads page. The Downloads page is similar to our classic My Reports page but includes files that were previously distributed through SurveySecure.
Beneath that is the Market Queries card that displays the user’s most recently created queries along with links to either view or run them.
Continuing from the homepage, the menu options on the top are broken out into four main sections – Insights, Reports, Participate and Downloads. Additional nearby tools include Settings, Help and My Account.
Let’s start with a look at INSIGHTS.
The tools grouped here all provide immediate, on-screen market data insights. These include: Quick Benchmarks, Location Analytics, Talent Intelligence, and Workforce Metrics.
The next set of menu options is REPORTS.
This section groups our tools that provide downloadable reports, which when complete can be found on the “My Downloads” tile of the homepage or on the “Downloads” tab. The tools tools include: Market Queries, Country Totals, Executive Regression, Employee vs. Market, Participants and Benefits.
The third menu option is PARTICIPATE.
Here, users will find items required or helpful for submitting data for both our global compensation and market practice surveys, including our interactive Job Matrix.
The next section is DOWNLOADS.
This displays all reports that have been run during the current publication cycle. Details include what tool was used to build the report, the report’s status, and when it was submitted. Please note, some of these reports can also be accessed from the home page.
Following the four main menu tabs are three icons for additional tools:
The gear opens a user’s preferred settings for Aging, Currency Conversion, Peer Groups, Language Selection and Data Dominance.
Clicking the question mark opens our Help Center. Here, users will find Input and Output Resource documents, as well as access to our self-serve knowledge base and support ticketing system.
The last icon directs users to their My Account page where they will find sections for their profile, contacts, and their company’s current subscriptions
For those users who are transitioning from our classic Radford Network, please check out our Classic UI to Enhanced UI mapping document in our Knowledge Base.
We encourage you to take advantage of the full functionality of our new Network. If you would like more detail on any of the features discussed here, please check out our full video library and knowledge base.
One last note, while we temporarily offer access to both network versions, users may toggle between them and see their same available reports in both. Some new functionality may only be available in our new network, and some items such as Market Practice Study output may only be available in the classic network. If you have any questions about where to find anything, please submit a support ticket from our help center.
