In the Enhanced Network of the Radford Global Compensation Database (RGCD), "Participants" and "Participate" mean different things:
"Participants", on the one hand, are the organizations or companies that contribute their compensation and Human Resources data to the RGCD. To download a list of currently active RGCD participants, go to Reports (see below) and click on “Participants”.
To "Participate" in the RGCD, on the other hand, clients go to contribute compensation and Human Resources data to the database as well as our Market Practice Studies via our "Participate" page. Here, users will find the required input template and helpful resources to complete this task. Doing so allows companies to access benchmarking data from other contributors. There is a "Participate" button on the first card of the Enhanced Network Home page to the left. This page and other tools can also be found via the third dropdown menu on the top right corner as shown in the screenshot below.
In summary, "Participants" are the companies or organizations that contribute data, while "Participate" is the action of contributing data to the RGCD. Both concepts are integral to the database's ability to provide accurate and up-to-date compensation benchmarking information for participating organizations.
