Both the Talent Mobility offering and SITS (Salary Increase and Turnover Study) provide insight into turnover that is occurring within today's market. What's the difference between the two?
- SITS data is pulled directly from responses to the SITS survey. As a whole, it provides information around whether turnover was voluntary or involuntary, and has data that is considered to be more current.
- Talent Mobility, on the other hand, comes directly from companies that have submitted a full census submission to the RGCD database. The tool allows users to go into greater detail than SITS, letting users drill down to the category level and job function.
Overall, the tools have slightly different data sources, and each report out data in a different manner. As a user, these tools should be thought of as complimentary and used in tandem when possible.
