All participants now submit to the Radford Global Compensation Database (RGCD), using the 2021 common input template. All incumbents will be matched to the 2021 new Radford Global Job Architecture and Leveling System. Publication results starting in July 2021 will be reported using the new job architecture and combined database. Access to RGCD results will depend on the client’s Job Module purchases.
