How is the Job Matrix Changing?

The 2020 dynamic Job Matrix in the Radford Network will no longer be available after July 2021. An offline archived version of this job matrix will be available in the Resources section of the Radford Network. Similar and new functionalities have been added to the 2021 dynamic job matrix, including the ability to:

1. Filter jobs by module and/or function

2. View only reported jobs

3. View only jobs with client matches

4. View detailed job descriptions for module, function, area, focus and level

5. Search by job title, description or code (new, legacy Radford, or legacy TCM)

6. Compare any two jobs side by side down to the level description

7. Link to market pay data directly from the job matrix
