Accessing the Radford Network®
All authorized contacts at participating companies will use their email address and create a unique password to access to the Radford Network®. Temporary passwords are provided to new users in a welcome email once they are first granted access. After you first log in, you will be asked to create a new password of your own, which you can then manage in a self-service manner going forward.
Once logged in to the Radford Network®, designated “Data Primary” contacts can use the “Add a New Contact” link on the Network Access page to add new company contacts, void existing passwords, or modify access rights to specific survey data for individual contacts.
Your username and password for the Radford Network® must be kept strictly confidential and are intended solely for your own use in accordance with our terms of use. Database participants must submit timely and complete data according to survey input requirements in order to retain full access to the Radford Network®. If your data submission is late or incomplete, Radford Network® access may be restricted or suspended until complete data is received. Failure to submit survey participation fees will also result in a suspension of online access.
