Welcome to this tutorial on executive and senior management job matching for the Radford Global Compensation Database.

Here, we will discuss changes happening in 2021, including our new job code anatomy, executive leveling and scoping, roles and client participation.

This video focuses primarily on the changes that will be seen in the Radford Global Compensation Database by Radford Global Technology Survey, Radford Global Life Sciences Survey, and Total Compensation Measurement survey participants. This includes merging Radford’s Technology, Life Sciences and Sales surveys, along with several TCM surveys onto the same database; while revising our job architecture and job catalog to accommodate these changes.
