This is our final data refresh of the Radford Global Compensation Database (RGCD) before the start of our next survey year. Our quarterly refreshes ensure you always get our latest market data for your benchmarking needs. April's refresh reflects data for 5,513 companies and 15+ million incumbents covering 99 countries and 11,936 total jobs. All the standard reporting tools on the Radford Network are automatically updated with our latest publication data. A reminder that clients who have purchased the Peer Group feature can choose to refresh their Peer Groups.
The Job Matrix, Quick Benchmark, and Market Queries job search bar now use “smart search” technology. Clients can search by relevant key word, put in a partial job code, job name, or job detail to receive smart intuitive search results.
- Executive Organization Level: User can now filter data by Corporate, Multi-Profit or Group, Plant, and/or Single-Profit or Division.
- Executive Geographic Responsibility: Filter executive data by geographic region of responsibility including Global, Local, Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America, North America, and Other Region.
In addition to the two new filters, we are also adding the Executive Revenue Scope to the peer group workflow. This incumbent level filter is applicable to business unit or division executives who are mapped to business unit/division revenues within specified ranges.
