Why do I not see retail data while using Quick Benchmarks?

To see retail data on a Quick Benchmark chart you will need to create a custom data element set. Detailed instructions on how to create a custom set can be found in the following article:

To use the chart display with hourly retail data please create a custom set using data element 143, Base Rate - Hourly (Retail Store Ops and Restaurant Support Jobs only) Employee (Wtd Avg). You can find it in the retail category set.

Here is an example of how your chart will look with the hourly data populated:
