The Location Analytics tool on the Radford Network will help you visualize and understand how compensation differentials vary globally as well as assess global talent availability. The Smart Differentials feature allows you to gain insights into salaries in emerging markets where data is limited.
Location Analytics is aligned with the client’s RGCD Country subscription with access based upon the following:
- Clients who submitted full census data in the current input period
- Clients who submitted full census data in the prior period, and on track to meeting current input requirements
- New clients who have committed to submitting full census for the upcoming input period
