The Radford Global Compensation Database is relied upon by the world’s most innovative companies to help make better workforce decisions.
The Radford Platform currently has over 5,000 participating organizations with over 15 million employees and is composed of the following three key components:

- The Radford Network ® - A dynamic and intuitive portal to access compensation insights quickly and efficiently
- A series of Market Practice Studies that offers insight into the “how” of pay policy design, supplementing the “how much” data that is collected by employee.

By bringing our local India compensation surveys together with our industry leading global database, we are able to provide clients with more differentiated value, including:
- More Data Coverage: We anticipate that by collecting and reporting data in a united manner, it will be easier for clients to provide us with full census submissions for richer data sets
- New Job Module: We have released a new Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) job module that provides updated and enhanced coverage for these unique roles
- New Jobs Added: Over 2,800 new jobs were added across 28 job families for wider coverage
- New Data Elements: We have modified and expanded the data elements collected to ensure local relevance including salary, retirals, gratuity, and new allowances
